Some requests are refused automatically:
- A named artist. Asking for a specific recording artist's voice, name or style is refused. Describe the sound instead — "a raspy male voice over slow piano" works where a name won't.
- Explicit or offensive content. Profanity, sexual content, hate speech and slurs are blocked in prompts and lyrics.
- Copyrighted lyrics or melody. Don't paste lyrics you didn't write, or hum an existing track expecting a copy of it.
- Photos of other people. Only upload photos you have the right to use, where everyone in them has agreed. Celebrities and public figures aren't allowed.
- Unusable voice recordings. Too short, too quiet, too noisy, or backing music instead of a voice.
- High demand. Occasionally the system is simply too busy. Try again shortly.
In every one of these cases the credits are returned to your balance.
