- Give it a few minutes. Songs take minutes, not seconds, and voice profiles can take much longer.
- Close and reopen the app. It re-checks the status when it opens.
- Check your Library — it may already be finished and waiting there.
- Only one at a time. SingASong runs one song and one video at a time. A second request started while one is running is refused rather than queued — wait for the first to finish.
- Check your connection and try again.
If something has been generating for a very long time, it's failed on our side. The credits are returned automatically — start again. If they didn't come back, email support@singasong.app with your user ID.
