No. Deleting your SingASong account does not cancel your subscription. This is true whether you subscribed through Google Play or our website — deleting an account and cancelling a subscription are two separate actions.
Before you delete your account
- Cancel your subscription on the platform you bought it from:
- Android: see How to cancel — Android (Google Play).
- Web: see How to cancel — Web (singasong.app).
- Wait for the cancellation confirmation.
- Then delete your account.
If you delete your account without cancelling
- Google, or our payment provider, charges you again at the next renewal.
- To get that charge back you have to open a refund request — see How do I request a refund?.
- Your subscription stays active even though your SingASong account is gone and you can't reach your Library.
