Where you cancel depends on where you bought. Pick yours:
- Bought inside the SingASong app on Android → How to cancel — Android (Google Play)
- Bought on our website, singasong.app → How to cancel — Web (singasong.app)
Not sure which? If you have a purchase confirmation email from us, it was a web purchase. If you don't, look for SingASong in Play Store › your profile › Payments & subscriptions.
Two things are true either way:
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Neither does deleting your SingASong account — see Important: does deleting my account stop my subscription?
- When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
