To cancel a SingASong subscription you bought inside the app on Android, you cancel it in Google Play — not in the app, not on our website, and not by email. It takes about a minute.
- Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile picture (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select SingASong.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date, or the next renewal goes through. A Google Play subscription is tied to your Google account, so it can't be cancelled from our website, by email, or by deleting the app.
After you cancel, auto-renewal is off and you keep access until the renewal date shown on that screen. You don't need to do anything in the app.
