It depends entirely on where you bought.
Google Play purchases The refund decision rests entirely with Google. We cannot issue, change, or speed up a refund for a purchase billed by Google Play, and we can't influence the outcome. You need to submit the request through Google — see Refunds for Google Play purchases (Android). Email us as well and we'll help you prepare it.
Website purchases Refund requests for purchases made on our website are reviewed by our support team. See Refunds for web purchases.
Free trial If you cancel within the trial period you aren't charged anything, so no refund applies.
Credit packs Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits already used by a completed creation aren't refundable, because the creation was delivered. Credits used by a creation that failed are returned to your balance automatically, with no request needed. For anything else about a credit pack, email support@singasong.app.
Cancelling and refunding are two different things. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't reverse a charge already taken. If you want both, do both.
