Usually a quick fix at your bank's end. Common causes:
- Insufficient funds or a card limit that's too low.
- 3-D Secure not completed — some banks require it for online payments; check it's enabled.
- International payments blocked — the charge may route through an international provider, so international use needs to be allowed on your card.
- Bank fraud protection flagged it as unusual — a quick call to your bank to approve it normally resolves it.
- Expired card — check the expiry date.
What to try: confirm the card is active and unexpired → call your bank and approve the charge → try a different card or payment method. Still stuck? Email support@singasong.app.
For a purchase inside the app, the payment method belongs to your Google Play account, so update it there rather than in SingASong.
