A subscription bought on singasong.app is billed by us through our payment provider, not by Google — so it's managed through your SingASong account and not through the Play Store.
To subscribe
- Go to singasong.app and choose a plan. The price, the period and the renewal terms are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
- Complete checkout. You'll get a confirmation email — keep it, it has your account details and your management link.
To use it in the app
Your web purchase is linked to your email address, while your app account was created on your device, so the two need connecting once:
- In the app, go to the subscription or account screen and choose to sign in with the email you used at checkout.
- We email you a one-time code.
- Enter the code. Your Premium access appears.
If Premium doesn't appear straight away, close the app completely and reopen it.
To manage or cancel
To cancel, see How to cancel — Web (singasong.app).
Email support@singasong.app from your account address and we'll cancel it for you. We action web cancellation requests within 7 days at the latest and confirm by email. A self-serve cancellation page is on the way — its address will be published here and in your confirmation email.
Renewal. A web subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, charging the payment method you saved, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before the period ends — you keep access to the end of the period you've paid for and you won't be charged again.
If a renewal payment fails, access is suspended and we retry. You can restore it by updating your payment method. If we can't collect within a month of the first failed attempt, the subscription is cancelled with no penalty.
Two things to expect. Your existing guest Library isn't merged into the email account, and credit packs bought on the web aren't transferred into the app — buy credits for music videos inside the app. If either is a problem for you, email support@singasong.app.
